Pros

The other sales associates that I worked with were amazing and made working there bearable.

Cons

The management staff and store captains (some, not all) were rude to us almost everyday. They would constantly get on to us for having a casual conversation in the back of house or on the sales floor, but would literally do the exact same thing with other managers and captains on the sales floor. Barely received breaks during the shifts.

Pros

Nice to say you worked there

Cons

Company allows employees who directly call on customers and continue to do so (ND Basketball). Was reported but told to stand down. Culture has changed over the years. Way too much story telling and not enough people with design experience who have built product.s. It is definitely who you know inside and not what you know. Very few would live outside UA who only worked there.
