Pros

People generally are great - Competitiveness culture should be directed towards competition but often times is with other internal teammates.

Cons

team is young so gets a little cliquey and caddy. Competitive spirit gets misdirected internally and everyone is constantly trying to prove themselves instead of genuinely working together towards a goal. Instability of leadership leads to change of strategy too soon to see the impacts of the last. We need stability.
