Pros

Potential to turn it around I suppose, but not without a lot of coordination

Cons

I had so much expertise in my space and was very hopeful to really make an impact for the company. A short time in and I realized I was in an extremely toxic work environment, filled with sexism and bullying. Senior management and HR were useless. It became apparent that the role was not as advertised and it was a list of false promises. You have to really be careful with what you are getting yourself into — lots of due diligence is needed as once you get there it’s clear it’s not an “employees first” kind of place. Had I know, I would have never left my old job. As one senior executive leader said, this is not a place that’s easy if your a women, despite the DE&I efforts. Lots of hard work to do so they better start soul-searching.

Pros

Great discount, decent gym and cafeteria. They are trying to be competitive with salaries.

Cons

No work life balance. When you are pushed to the max they try to tell you that the department is actually over staffed.
