Pros

Discounts on clothes, remote work, PTO

Cons

Daily 1:1 meetings, being bombarded by your manager asking to "watch you work", being compared to employees that have worked there for years when you are brand new, very vague asks and they don't really care about UX, only UI.

Pros

Cares about its employees. And yearly raises

Cons

Company higher ups have a left leaning ideology, and they tend to push it on the rest of there employees. Higher ups don’t have a great grasp on what the everyday sales situation is like in store, and make poor decisions because of this.

Cons

Constant Leadership changes Lack of transparency between management and employee Goal-setting is not treated properly and it is seen more as a chore instead of development opportunity
