Pros

Up and coming brand which has exciting plans for growth and opportunity. My location has great camaraderie among anssociates and a local customer base that’ll know your name.

Cons

Scheduling for strong performing management has little quality of life; skills can create expectations among management that can increase personal workload; poor communication among management of discipline, teamwork, and growth.

Pros

- Working for a global company comes with decent infrastructure, though slow and/or inefficient at times - There are many opportunities for sample sales & employee discount of high quality workout gear & shoes

Cons

- There is little growth - There is a lot of company politics - There is a general lack of motivation, due to the awareness of Senior Management's lack of vision
