Pros

Work from home, flexi hours, company events, staff discounts, fitness reimbursement

Cons

Tasks can be easily replaced by Ai/ third party. Bad communication style of the team director. No EQ with lies and emotions created lots of stress in the team and across office.

Pros

-Provides hands-on experience using a POS/CRM (Point of Sale/Customer Relationship Management)system -Provides communication learning opportunities while speaking to customers -Accepting environment -Anyone 16 or older can work there -Management is understanding of time for school assignments and classes (even in college) -Employee discount is 50% off full-price items and 30% off any sale items (except during times when there's an Elevated Employee Discount, then the discount on sales items is 50% off, which is usually about once every quarter or three months)

Cons

-In order to rise up in rank I think you have to apply to the job listing of one of the management positions, it isn't usually offered to employees -The work schedule isn't usually consistent -You mainly have to be one of the managers to work full-time and it's salary not hourly -The signage to different areas of the store could be better (especially the fitting rooms)

Pros

The employee discount was about the only good thing about working at this store.

Cons

DO NOT ASK management for help if you are looking to advance your career. They will continuously lead you on until you end up quitting to find another job that will get you to where you need to be.
