Pros

Company discount and easy uniform

Cons

Over worked, under compensated, not appreciated, corporate brags about how good they are for the team’s mental health but does nothing for front line team members

Pros

they have layoffs but they don’t fire people for sucking at their job. This is a great place to be if you want to work two jobs without anyone noticing.

Cons

Riddled with bureaucracy. We’re silo’ed to the point that no one knows how the systems work together. Impossible to actually get work done.

Pros

Coworkers, benefits, PTO, pay transparency

Cons

Moral is a little low due to lack of communication from the executive level, plan for improvement feels shaky, no easy way to progress in career
