Pros

Teams use leading edge mobile technology and are open to process/tech change Product decisions are transparent and data driven Excellent work life balance Company culture is positive and fitness friendly (but not required), and promotes employee diversity 401K matching + gym reimbursement Free parking and free lunch on Fridays

Cons

Because product decisions are largely data driven, almost every feature includes A/B testing, so be prepared that some of your work may be removed or phased out because users preferred another version.

Pros

-great discount -flexible hours -amazing benefits

Cons

-company direction/corporate communication is spotty. I feel like I had to use a lot of prior experience to learn how to run my store, rather than proper training.
