      Pros

      I will say that the employees are passionate about the brand and the work they are doing. So much so that most of them moved TO Baltimore to be part of the culture. That's saying something.

      Cons

      They tell you on the first day that "UA is not for everybody." That's 100% accurate. Zero work life balance and total expectations that you must grind your fingers to the bone in order to be successful and progress. Since UA started losing money, the culture has shifted to the point where it's impossible to get anything accomplished with any real allocation of resources. Strategy and goal-setting are so delayed that it feels like most departments are flying blind until deep in the fiscal year.

      Great brand with passionate workers, who get to work within sport.

      Cons

      To many "yes" people afraid to step up to mgmnt because they feel it will ruin their future path. Retail is unstable.

      Good employee discount Downtown location has a lot around it Sales competitions for prizes occasional free item from cooperate Hours across all departments aren't terrible.

      Cons

      Management is a mess. Favoritism is a problem.
