Pros

Brand was having tremendous growth at the time. Exciting possibilities for the brand. Great CEO.

Cons

Terrible leadership at the corporate level. The brand is missing an entire tier between Executive Leadership and Directors. Creative Departments are chaotic and poorly managed. The company is not interested in an individual's growth and instead works teammates to their max with lean teams and extreme workloads. I would not suggest this work environment to those looking for career growth. The brand is now struggling which creates more pressure on employees specifically working on product lines that are not producing huge results. This places zaps the energy.

Pros

The discount is fantastic [half off], and the benefits package for full time employees is unbelievable.

Cons

Toxic work place environment, and poorly structured corporate sector. Salary is NOT competitive, in any way. I average 58 hours per week, and make marginally more than my other managers.

Pros

The best thing about working at Under Armour in Baltimore is the culture. It is kind of a locker room vibe and everyone striving toward the same goal.

Cons

Along with being a locker room vibe in a good way, it also contains the cons that it is very competitive and can be hard to move up, especially while trying to keep a work/life balance.
