Pros

The discount is really kind of amazing. Honestly the 50% off would be the only reason I would work there ever again.

Cons

The company, despite all outward pretenses, is very anti-LGBT. I was forced to out myself as FTM transgender, and almost got fired because of it. If it wasn't for the discrimination laws I am sure I would have been. Even HR didn't care. Although the company couldn't fire me, my managers did everything they could to make me quit. Also, be ready to shell out money every time new clothes come out. You're not just required to wear the clothes, but you have to wear items from the new collections or else.

Pros

Very good benefits and hours are great.

Cons

In my department it's who you are and not how hard you work.

Pros

Get a good discount on UA clothes with the occasional freebies especially on shoes, wear UA clothes to work, flex your hours in the day as you want/need, great coworkers, great health benefits

Cons

Work Wednesday thru Sunday (no free weekends), have to work most holidays especially Black Friday, 4th of July and Christmas, you are essentially a sales associate without actually being employed by the store you are in, you work by yourself - hardly see your coworkers, the work gets mundane - constantly cleaning up Under Armour pads only to have them get demolished by customers on the weekend and having to redo your work, sales job, very LOW and small chance for growth.
