Benefits are good discount at the stores is one of the best I've ever seen yearly raises opportunity to grow in the company

Long hours upper management seems to not really care about employees only about getting numbers hard to come back day after day when you don't feel like you should come in at all

Good employee discount. Great co-workers brand.

Cons

Very, very unorganized and unexperienced management and HR. No communication between managers and teammates. Crazy, sporadic hours. Managers and HR expected you to drop everything for them to work, while treating you like garbage. Managers lied about benefits and treated employees differently. Instead of helping fix problems in the store they created them.
