Pros

New and nice building in Baltimore

Cons

High turnover, poor leadership, favoritism and poor organizational management. Company revenue declining, reduced benefits (reduced 401k match took away merit).

Pros

Get to work in Sport

Cons

Upper Management changes their mind all the time and there is a huge lack of support. Mass exodus of people over the past few months and they don’t seem to care
