Pros

There are great friendships to be made and awesome people to work with. You get great benefits by being able to buy clothing up to 50%. Some managers would help with closing and go above and beyond to help.

Cons

Management is a hot mess. Timesheets are never right, no discipline for those who don't pull their weight or don't show up to work. Most managers were rarely on the floor during store hours, and there was a lot of favoritism throughout the team between sales associates and managers. Hours were rarely given out (most of the time got 12 hours or less a week), and if there were open shifts, they were offered only to certain people, even if you repeatedly asked to have more hours or called if there was an open shift. Very few opportunities to move up in management as well.
