Pros

Been here a little over a year with past retail experience. I like working here because they are really flexible with my schedule changes as a student.

Cons

They really try to push the corperate gimicks at least at my location. Can feel like managent is breathing down my neck sometimes about how to push sales as much as possible, the most effiencent way to get as many rewards sign ups as possible, etc. Also hours get capped pretty low and shifts are usually intentionally shortened.
