      Pros

      It was a great company when I first started. Very pro its employees and wanting them to succeed and drive the company forward.

      Cons

      "Good Ol Boys Club" if you where a favorite you where in and go the promotions and projects, didn't matter if you where good at you job or not. By the time I left I was basically just a "sit here, push this button, don't ask for more, if you think of something we will give it to another team to work on, sit here push this button, don't think"

      Pros

      Overall the culture and community in the building are very strong. We feel like underdogs working against all odds towards a common goal. The facilities are awesome and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change in the last few years at leadership levels. The constant strategy shifts cause challenges.

      Pros

      Absolutely none. They are about to go bankrupt so they honestly have nothing to offer. I wanted to give them 0 stars but you can't.

      Cons

      They scam you into taking the job. They give performance evaluations 6-7 times a week via 2-3 meetings and the rest via email. The pay is below minimum wage. They are contracting out more and more to cut cost.
