Meritocracy. Lots of responsibility for entry level. Very easy to make a contribution & take ownership. Strong fitness/sport culture.

Cons

Seemingly constant turnover at C level and director. Makes it hard to maintain the same initiatives.

Company does have a genuine connection to the city of Baltimore and its residents. Employees are generally very nice people invested in the work that they do.

Cons

Company goes through an organizational shift regularly. Company is understaffed and employees are overworked. The company seems hyper-focused on its stock price, and seems to be trying to cut costs in an effort to improve margins. There's not much left to cut, employees are already functioning at 2x-3x capacity. Overall very stressful work environment
