Pros

Great passion, fun products to work on problems to solve. Great people.

Cons

Upper management changes too often, and strategy and vision change too often. Some inauthentic behavior, aka not living like the kind of company that is stated.

Pros

You will be surrounded by people who are really passionate about sports, the athletic apparel industry, and athletes in general.

Cons

Leadership seems to be constantly changing, along with the strategy. The brand is still working to find a space in a world of strong, fast growing challenger brands.

Hypocrites

Pros

The discounted prices and teammates.

Cons

Management Staff are a bunch of hypocrites. Despite their popular belief of what makes a team and communication, they don’t ever talk to each other. Their regard for the employees is selective to those who are “yes men/women.” They are very unprofessional with even cursing in front of customers and their subordinate staff.
