      Pros

      The management is unclear on the technical specifics of the work, you will rarely have to work hard.

      Cons

      The management is brutally inexperienced, and upper management seems determined to run the company into the ground. Pay raises are few and far between, if you ever get one. The processes are inefficient and the way things are run never quite makes sense.

      Unique industry and smart upper management, lots of learning Appreciation for the ones who put in the work Great product, with immense potential

      Cons

      The work can be a little demanding at times (but rewarding too) - not necessarily a con but something to consider if you're a weak and want an easy job/free money
