Pros

Only pros is helping customers and seeing their happiness,

Cons

The overall experience was highly disappointing. Compensation was not competitive, and leadership often targeted individuals despite their expertise and strong performance. Favoritism and personal relationships within the workplace contributed to a toxic environment where trust was lacking. Additionally, there were concerning practices regarding transparency with customers about products and pricing, which raised serious ethical issues.

Pros

Company Vehicle you can take home Flexibility with schedule and family Lots of resources for job duties

Cons

Condescending, arrogant, and sketchy management. HR does nothing and will only enable those who are a problem Little to no training Plays favorites Manipulates and lies about time you have available (if you get hired make sure that you document everything yourself on your end, managers consistently manipulate time and lie.) Little to no money, company will promise you big things and you will never see that. False salary projection No room to move up or raises Company vehicles are not well maintained and unreliable

Cons

Noticeable favoritism towards Spanish speaking employees from Senior Production Management. Constant short staffing between multiple departments. Long, unpredictable hours. Managers are expected to be on site 50-60 hours per week.
