Pros

- Generous base salary plus uncapped commissions, vehicle allowance, cell phone allowance. The more you sell, the more you make with no restrictions. They truly want you to close deals. - Training is top notch. Their corporate training team spends a ton of time & money with employees to make sure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. - They tend to promote from within, so room for growth is there, if you have your head on your shoulders and perform. - The company is growing and has a great reputation within the industry. Products are not a top priority of prospects, but are ones that all businesses use, so you can sell to anyone as long as you can sell it. - Work hard and you will make good $$$ and have great job security. Slack and you won't last a year! - I like my job and the company. Only unsuccessful sales reps bag on the company and job.

Cons

- Office days are twice a week, when you could be on the road closing deals. - Too much administrative work, which takes away from time contacting prospects. - Not much teamwork among departments. Some emails do not get responded to unless you CC their boss. - Some technology issues, but they are growing and trying to improving these issues. - Can be very cut throat and need to watch out who you trust to confide in.

Pros

Looks great on the surface. The benefits are good. Management talks a good game.

Cons

I've never worked so hard for such little satisfaction or recognition. Constantly Micro managed ( hour by hour) and scrutinized. Never allowed to feel good about successes. Constantly reminded or berated for any short fall in their endless activity qoutas. Sales people not managed for success and results. Managed for failure and turnover, which they have alot of. Corporate culture geared toward young, energetic, and inexperienced sales people they can drive into the dirt and then replace.
