Pros

Provides great sales training. Base pay plus commission, and benefits are good for a person just beginning their professional career

Cons

Success and good culture depend a lot on sales manager. Turnover is very high, and it seems if you do not want to advance to management they want you to leave. Lots of promises made before actual decisions are made.

Pros

Great learning experience for anyone looking to begin a career in sales.

Cons

Industry that is not moving forward. Never give a two week notice. I have mine out of respect for the company, and they terminated me on the spot even though I led our region in sales 2 out of the last 3 months. The software is outdated. Upper management does not trust those who do the day to day selling, so access to account information is very limited giving very little selling advantage to its reps. 90% turnover in the last 4 months. Went from 10 reps down to 1 in a matter of months.

Pros

Great family like atmosphere with everyone striving for the same goals; competitve results-oriented culture with rewarding bonus compensation tied to strong performance; company values are in the right place; excellent benefit package; extensive Corporate/upper management training and assistance readily available; offers the best products in the industry; very innovative and always searching for ways to improve; stresses promoting from within; if you are internally motivated and work hard producing results, you will be rewarded.

Cons

Long hours and traveling makes work-life balance difficult; service locations are staffed thin often leaving themselves short-handed in case of turnover/sickness; many of the jobs are difficult/frustrating at times; vacation policy could be updated
