System designed to make you work extra long hours without overtime. No teamwork in structure. Though they are a DOT organization they do not follow the regulations

I've had a great experience working at UniFirst. The company genuinely cares about its team partners and provides many opportunities for both personal and professional growth. They promote a healthy work-life balance, and offer an extensive benefits package. UniFirst also fosters a strong sense of teamwork, with leadership that is approachable and supportive. If you're looking for a company where you can grow and feel valued, UniFirst is an excellent choice.
