Pros

Great atmosphere and good people. I love how its family owned and operated and the CEO will be in touch at somepoint with all employees. Very hands on! Really like to hire from within if possible. Willing to relocate employees if promoted.

Cons

There is a major lack of communication between GM's and branch managers. I think the hiring of managers is horrible and from my experince has not been something that has lead to success at my location. GM's think they know sales when they come from service (which is sooooo not the case)!

Pros

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. This is the first company I've worked for since separating from the military, and the transition has been extremely easy. This organization's values and legacy appreciation are paralleled to that of what I'm used to. One of the first few days with the company was spent with the rest of my department going over core values and the organization's mission statement... it was a perfect fit. The people are great and very helpful in terms of training. I have yet to meet anyone who lacks professionalism and a sense of urgency.

Cons

The only issue I have with my current job is the commute time between UniFirst and my residence.

Cons

- Low base salary - Commission caps at $10K per account - National Accounts comes in and steals the show if you give them a lead
