Pros

Training program that surpasses anything. Clear ramp-up program with the ability to earn 4 bonuses in the 1st year. Protected territory. Management team willing to go on sales calls with you. Team mentality in office yet competitive and supportive.

Cons

iPad for data entry and maintenance experiences slowness and freezing sometimes, although the company is working to fix it.

Thank you for your constructive feedback! We are committed to providing our Sales Teams with continued learning and development opportunities and strongly encourage employees to revisit our core training whenever possible. We definitely can understand that slowness and freezing on the iPad can be frustrating and we are definitely working on making the system run faster. Despite how often you may have heard it, one of the best ways to get your device running faster is to clear the Safari history and cache. As for getting more involved with your local community, we highly encourage it! I would recommend being the pioneer for community engagement at your Location, as you seem passionate about getting out there! Check out some of your community's upcoming philanthropic events or chamber functions and brainstorm ways to get involved at one of your upcoming weekly sales meetings. Perhaps your location management would even consider being a sponsor!

Pros

I had never had a job I looked forward to getting up to every morning. Until I started working here. You are treated with respect on a daily basis. Hard work does not go unnoticed. The pay is awesome but you have to work for what you get. It's not a lazy man's career by no means. There are some very top notch leaders in the company along with a few outdated ones. I like working without someone breathing down my neck. I like the pat on the back, the job well done's you get. The freedom of running your route as if you owned the company, really make the day zip by. Customer relations are a key tool to turning your job into a career. Building a good trusting relationship with your customers means allot.

Cons

I think that paper invoices are out dated. To much hustling paper. The dress code is a little behind the times. I think the white shirts are a bad choice for clean representation after an rsr has been in garages, machine shops, welding shops, coal mines. Getting all that grit on you then walking in a hospital or a restaurant. Some of them out dated management need to move on. Or get with the real time. Just because things worked for you 35 years ago. Don't always mean it will work today.
