Pros

Good product if service could get it correct.

Cons

The last year and a half I have seen many eople walk in and out theoue front doors. I should have seen the writing in the walls when the first week three sales reps were fired. There has been 12 drivers on my route in the year and a half.. Recently they fired the general manager both sales managers and 6 sales people. Denver has one sales person and one in training. They do not pay on time and never get pay checks accurate.

Great co-works in the service department

Cons

Too buddy-buddy. Management brings in friends/family even though they aren't capable of performing necessary job

Pros

Great training program. Pay was average should have been more.

Cons

Long hours. They have a high turn over. Sales Rep expected to work 10 to 12 hour days. Horrible micro management.
