      Pros

      Good atmosphere with all the drivers. Most guys happy to explain and teach.

      Cons

      I wasn't asked a single question in my interview. It was just one of the managers telling me about the job. It was almost as if he was trying to sell me the job. I belive supplemental would be a better title than supervisor because the roll is fill in where needed.

      Great potential, but...

      You are selling a product and a service that is worth your customers time.

      Cons

      The particular region that I work in has some issues with management. Every salesperson is completely and utterly disposable and they are not afraid to fire you and spend countless dollars looking for someone else to inevitably fire. Be careful

      No job is perfect but with a good support system you can go far.

      Pros

      *great paid training *amazing team to work with *work hard get paid good *always a learning opportunity *great support from all areas *paid every week

      Cons

      *Training was brutal and isn't for the weak. But once that is over you are all good. *pay isn't the best *So much products to learn *Reimbursements on expenses takes a long time to get back.
