Pros

You have all of the training and resources to learn the product and industry, and improve your sales techniques if you are willing to put in the time.

Cons

Uniforms and facility services are contracted services, so even if you do everything right, make amazing connections, build trust, and the prospect wants to do business with you, it could be years before you can close. The pay isn't great for the amount of work it takes to succeed but it is absolutely a great learning and experience opportunity for anyone new to outside sales.

Pros

Decent benefits (HSA, 401k, Medical, etc) Decent perks through company partnerships (Costco, Car Dealerships, etc) Typically Monday-Friday Some Holidays off

Cons

Noticeable favoritism towards Spanish speaking employees from Senior Production Management. Constant short staffing between multiple departments. Long, unpredictable hours. Managers are expected to be on site 50-60 hours per week.
