Pros

- Generous base salary plus uncapped commissions, vehicle allowance, cell phone allowance. The more you sell, the more you make with no restrictions. They truly want you to close deals. - Training is top notch. Their corporate training team spends a ton of time & money with employees to make sure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. - They tend to promote from within, so room for growth is there, if you have your head on your shoulders and perform. - The company is growing and has a great reputation within the industry. Products are not a top priority of prospects, but are ones that all businesses use, so you can sell to anyone as long as you can sell it. - Work hard and you will make good $$$ and have great job security. Slack and you won't last a year! - I like my job and the company. Only unsuccessful sales reps bag on the company and job.

Cons

- Office days are twice a week, when you could be on the road closing deals. - Too much administrative work, which takes away from time contacting prospects. - Not much teamwork among departments. Some emails do not get responded to unless you CC their boss. - Some technology issues, but they are growing and trying to improving these issues. - Can be very cut throat and need to watch out who you trust to confide in.

Pros

Was able to work 40 hours no matter what. Left to do my own thing and got work done how I thought best.

Cons

I've never seen such corruption in the management position. Hated working for the company after only a couple months. Not a good work environment.

Pros

Decent Salary (45k) for outside sales. Good Culture, holidays off, decent benefits, etc

Cons

I was in a territory about a fifth of the size of other territories in larger cities, but I had the same goals, quotas, etc. I was there for nearly four years and it was really rough at the end. Compared to other sales jobs, it doesnt pay well. Managers don't make close to 100k unless they are exceptional. Issues always arise too due to nature of laundering clothes, even though they act like they have much better service and processes than competition. They really don't .
