Antiquated Technology: Simple tasks are significantly more complicated and time consuming than necessary, leading to unnecessary mistakes, oversights, and conflicts between various departments. Negativity in Communication: Meetings felt more like punishment than productive activity. It's not an exaggeration to say that in nearly every meeting I attended, at least one participant publicly had their job threatened. Also, I've been accidentally CC'd on enough emails to know that the angry rhetoric stems from the executive level and works its way down.
