Working monday to friday was nice. But the Lack of good managment was what ruined my experience. I believe that the CEOS put too much pressure on our specific location

Cons

Too Much pressure for sales, even though they are a multi billion dollar company. I guess because they are amaerican.

Good product if service could get it correct.

Cons

The last year and a half I have seen many eople walk in and out theoue front doors. I should have seen the writing in the walls when the first week three sales reps were fired. There has been 12 drivers on my route in the year and a half.. Recently they fired the general manager both sales managers and 6 sales people. Denver has one sales person and one in training. They do not pay on time and never get pay checks accurate.

UniFirst gives top notch training from the ground up. If you learn their system of selling your will do well in any environment. The compensation is fair, base salary + Commission. This is a good company to work for and it has treated me well. You get out of it what you put in.

Cons

If you are in a highly competitive environment it can be frustrating winning new business, therefore increasing your bottom line.
