This company has wonderful benefits and a positive atmosphere. I enjoy the relationships I have with my team members as well as the relationships with our customers. UniFirst is very team oriented where every one has a special part in what we do.

Cons

I have a long commute but it is well worth the drive

If you are looking for not just a job, but a career, than UniFirst is a great fit. There is a great deal of on-going training to help advance your skills to ensure professional success. The tenure of our management is a true testament that there is a great work/life balance, and a positive work environment.

Cons

I really enjoy working for the company, and I do not have any cons.

UniFirst is a good company with quality products and great reputation. They are always training from at a local level to the corporate level. Good work schedule and great opportunities for advancemnet if willing to relocate.

Cons

The uniform and facility service industry can be challenging with the multi year contracts and the competitive nature of this business. Quotas can be challenging.
