      Good income potential. Management is good.

      Takes a long time to make the sale and get paid be prepared to wait many months to see the check.

      Pros

      I have worked for UniFirst for almost 7 years and in that time period I have been promoted 4 times. UniFirst really believes in promoting from within. I love the family atmosphere, I have worked at several locations with the Company and each location has a family feeling which is hard to find these days. I wake up every morning and am happy and excited to go to work and I love what I do. I am very grateful to UniFirst for all of the opportunities that I have had throughout the years an look forward to many more years to come!

      Cons

      It would be nice to have vacation and sick time combined into PTO and increase the amount of time given to employees.

      Pros

      UniFirst is BIG on recognition. If you work hard and do a great job for UniFirst, there are always huge rewards. Although UniFirst has over 11,000 employees, you never feel like you're working for a large company. UniFirst provides all employees with the feeling of comfort and a huge sense of family. I have learned so much working at UniFirst this past year and would recommend UniFirst as an employer to absolutely anyone who ever asked me! I hope I work for UniFirst for many years to come.

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is that there is not enough paid vacation time given to new employees.
