Pros

Joining this company was one of the best decisions I have ever made. UniFirst has given me the opportunity to find my professional passion, and the support needed to be successful. I can't say enough for the training I have received in my time with UniFirst. There is a nice balance between work and life, and the people are great. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Cons

Some of the internal systems are a bit antiquated. However, this is currently being addressed and should be much improved withing the next year. We also get started a little earlier in the day than most companies, so you will have to learn to be a morning person.

Pros

I have been here for 8 years as both a Sales Consultant and as a Sales Manager and I have never once dreaded having to get out of bed. UniFirst offers first class Sales Training and the potential for earnings is far above average. Not every company is perfect of course however it's a great place to learn and grow and get to the next level of your career. You are going to find good and bad about every company there is but it's what you decide to make of it. I think UniFirst is a great company and they are great to work with.

Cons

It's a big company and although they are very good at recognition, no Sales persons can ever get enough encouragement.
