Pros

Professional work environment, base plus commission, great company to work for, cell phone, and car allowance, flexible vacation time, president's club

Cons

There isn't much I do not like about the position, it is a great place to work for. Starting is hard hours of training for about 7 weeks, and that was probably the least fun. But once you get trained, you get out in the field, which is the best part of the job.

Thanks for the review! The first few weeks of training is intense, but we agree that it pays off when you get to put that knowledge to work in the field.

Cons

There are no specific downsides.
