Career progression is great should you want it Honest and transparent leadership Some amazing individual colleagues who truly care about their work and the company Fair compensation given company status

As above, promotions are given out like COVID vaccines leading to overpromoted/inexperienced staff at middle/upper management You are listened to but the "we're a start-up" excuse is used when no action is taken Poor work-life balance, can be stressful
