Pros

Give advice to many students for international and home students. Helpful so that they don't feel alone and get the support they need or directed to who can help

Cons

Limited amount of various people from different courses so cannot explain the full detail of another course to a student when they need help since it is not the same course you do.

-The culture is amazing, with the people team thinking of everything to make sure employees stay happy and motivated. - Friendly and approachable employees in all departments. - They take on board what you want to do and how you want to progress in your role.

Cons

- Could offer a few more benefits, however I understand they are currently looking into this!
