      Endless opportunities for growth and promotion from within. Many programs build form the field level up and all ideas are considered. Resources to focus and educate regarding our Culture "The Unidine Way". Team members are empowered, encouraged and supported to succeed!

      Cons

      After 9 year with Unidine I do not see the cons with Unidine. Many might say the fast pace and workload may be a challenge. For self starters and those who work for successful outcomes can excel. I would encourage current team members and future team members to ask for assistance to support their success and what is expected for positive outcomes.

      I have the opportunity to travel and met exceptional people who believe in the Unidine way. We are all on one accord with the culture as it pertains to conducting business and how we respect each other. I love it!
