Pros
The company offers good business concepts, and theoretically represents a great opportunity. I believe they have a true willingness to provide quality services to their client firms.
Cons
The CEO is smart but is a flawed personality. He is a micromanager (i.e., inappropriately at this level), mercurial in his demeanor and mood; frequently contradicts himself with regard to directives and priorities, making good consistent performance nearly impossible.
