      Pros

      I love working with the bunch of people I work with, the residents, making food that the residents enjoy, getting a paycheck.

      Cons

      I feel like no matter how much we try to voice our opinions on how we could make our jobs better we are not heard. We don't share equal amounts of responsibility and that leads to A LOT of frustration within the work environment.

      Their devotion to fresh food. Very good at driving cutting edge ideas in the industry.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover in upper management. Disconnection with account staffing and client. Procurement is driven from corporate and meant to save on upper levels by driving cost up on account level purchasing.
