Pros

Free food, wonderful coworkers, lots of team-players, and flexible hours. Lots of time to practice time-management and organization skills.

Cons

Managers seems to constantly change, ex. the one who hired you is no longer there and you're on your 3rd manager. Sometimes the best workers there seem to quit and I don't blame them, I do miss them. The quality of the food most of the time seems cheap and the style of food seems to be within 'Great Depression Era with some spice'. Workload is a lot, they expect a lot from you but won't pay what you're worth, especially if short-staffed and you must do 3 different positions by yourself (and finish on time but not over).

Pros

The job pays alright if...

Cons

You can manage to figure out how to do your job with little to no training. Made to feel like a replaceable place filler. Training is a joke.
