      Great benefits excellent pay and great career growth. With in the company. As quick as they are growing if your willing to relocate you'll always be able to advance

      Upper management lacked follow up, when contacts end and not because of your own actions but because of lack of follow up by regional vp neglectful remarks to client, they still find you at fault and find ways to terminate you

      Pros

      Great company in theory Quality over quantity based, very health based, all about the customer interaction

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, awful HR to try and get rid of said benefits, under staffing, no chance for advancement unless you're in a management position, terrible pay for what you have to learn to do the job.

      Never get the raise we were promised. Good luck enjoying time with your family. Never have enough staff to cover the day.
