- Company culture and positve matra constantly being pushed can be tiring, but it comes from the right place

Room for potential growth and expansion with rapid growing company. It a company that you definitely get out it what you put in it.

Cons

Often run into procedures and guidelines (HR) that won't let me effectively manage employees at my location. Need more on hand training for new managers instead of webinars.
