Company seems to care only about the bottom-line. Unrealistic expectations for crews that are constantly left hanging by higher ups.

When considering to work for Unidine, I did a lot of research especially on the company culture and the concept of truly combining great quality food with exceptional service (two of my hot buttons!). I am happy to say that since working for Unidine, they really do value input and want you to succeed, upper management is transparent with communication and the food quality and expectations for team members in regards to service are exceptional!
