Hybrid work availability. Co-workers are personable and knowledgeable Flight perks

Cons

Management is flaky, no direction is communicated. Systems are under-utilized and training is non-existent. Constant re-orgs with what looks to be shifts to offshore many back-office jobs.

Weekly pay for frontline Met very cool people

Cons

Low pay compared to other vendors Flight benefits are not good. Senior leadership talks a lot about employee appreciation but it’s rarely seen.

Schedule would continue to change. Sometimes hours would be cut but sometimes management would require you to pick up.
