      Pros

      Hmmm? Family can fly, you'll never get enough time off to join them.

      Cons

      Low pay. Benefits have shrunk to an unusable level since the sale of DGS. Since the sale our station has lost a large amount of our experienced workforce with management not taking aggressive measures to replace personnel. This leads to dangerous work conditions and more work hours scheduled than you signed on for. But hey, management is salaried, and rarely around to complain to.

      Mostly the travel benefits and it's fun to work outside with the planes

      Cons

      Don't expect to make any money. They pinch every penny in paying you. Very little power as employees. Scheduling can be awful. Only work here if you intend on travelling... a lot.
