-Decent pay -Despite being called contracting, effectively a full time job

Cons

-Miserable benefits; flight benefits are next to worthless and of a lower grade than full time employees. No sick or vacation days. Poor health plans. -No opportunity to move up or anywhere full-time. -Management/office staff are nigh incompetent at performing the simplest tasks at times, on the upside you almost never interact with them except when it comes to pay or benefits.
