Limited Work-Life Balance – Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming due to delays and schedule flight change, leading to long hours or stress. Pros

UNIFI cares about their employees and it is reflected by the leadership team down to the frontline. With this in mind, the customers see the reflection of the support through our successes and hard work. It has been a very positive employee/work experience, and with how new the operation is in YYC there is always room to improve and solidify the foundation.
