Pros

flight benefits are good and that's it.

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for. Delta does not care about their employees...period. Flight benefits are nice but too bad you can't use them because they will ask you to work more and more shifts. Was force to quit because I refused to bid on a line that was double my old hours. I am a hard worker...professional and educated....no trouble....their loss...Was just told "thats too bad." when said I was quitting. No one seems to know what they are doing and they sure as hell don't care about their employees. To them you are dispensable ...they will just get someone to take your place the next day...BEWARE

Pros

You get great travel benefits and can go almost anywhere. Decent training opportunities. Free uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment. OK bonus program.

Cons

You are Delta's second string. While mainline Delta folks are making $15/hr you get whatever DGS can get away with. Tough to use travel benefit when people quit all the time and everyone else must pick up the slack.

Pros

The flight benefits are amazing! The work keeps you on your toes, which is great if you don't want to be stuck in a cubicle. Coworkers are usually really good about trading shifts with you so you can take time off to use said flight benefits.

Cons

Be prepared to bid for your shifts every 4 months or so, which means your schedule can drastically change. Pay is pretty awful concerning the wide range of responsibilities.
