Pros

You get to fly for free!! If you get the time off, find the open seats to where you want to go, and make sure you can get back. So in a nut shell there is not that many positives to the company.

Cons

Awful pay. $8.50 hr Constantly in the elements no matter what the case may be. Hard hours to get used to 4am start time Extremely understaffed. Caused accidents and rushing.

Being able to fly, Made some cool friends, most of the supervisors and actually there to work if needed, the station manager helps out if needed as well, good tan during summer

Cons

Overworked, dont get to rest completely, schedule changes due to plane schedules, hours cut A LOT after holidays, unappreciated, Low pay, understaffed, having to fly standby, freeze during winter, injuries and not writing them up as a claim

only flights r good other then that its suck to work , specially with my manager. i got write up on my last when of my 2 week notice, because of flying in and not filling a form for time request off, but i call my superviser and ask him somone will work for me and he said thats ok it will be fine. but when i came back next day, station manager suspend my flights benefits for 3 months and then when i put 2 weeks notice and on my last day he write me up so i cant apply again with DGS. becuase i ignore him working full time over night by my self, their r 40 ore employes work with me but he didnt ask them just me. why even HR say im worng but he is right. from OC to JAN 7 people left bec of him

working outside when its below -40 and get same pay $10 an hour, manager treat u like ur nothing.
